The Opportunity
We've built a
structured 6-month apprenticeship
that trains you in chimney repair, masonry, and field operations.
Month 0–6:
Learn, execute, and prove yourself
At 6 months:
Earn
CSIA Certification (required)
Demonstrate job proficiency
Step into the
Lead Technician track
Receive a
$3/hour raise
What You'll Do
Prepare trucks, tools, and materials daily
Assist with chimney repairs, installations, and masonry work
Execute jobs efficiently with your crew
Follow strict safety and quality standards
Take ownership of your performance and growth

Requirements
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or GED
Pay & Benefits
$18–$23/hour starting pay
$3 raise at 6 months based on performance
