About the Role
We’re seeking a driven, hands‑on
Flooring Technician

What You’ll Do
Deep Cleaning: Operating specialized equipment to clean carpets, area rugs, and fine upholsteries.
Hard Surface Restoration: Performing tile and grout cleaning and restoration.
Floor Maintenance: Executing floor strip, scrub, and wax applications on VCT and other hard surfaces.
Client Service: Clearly communicating the cleaning process and final results to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction with professionalism, honesty, and transparency.
Equipment Care: Maintaining and stocking company vehicles and specialized cleaning equipment.
Troubleshoot issues on‑site and offer solutions to clients.
Keep accurate records of jobs, materials, and customer interactions.
Support the development of our reputation and brand through quality work and positive client experiences.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED (Trade school or certifications are a plus)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly and work on your feet for extended periods
Familiarity with tools, machinery, and safety protocols
Experience in flooring or cleaning industry is preferred but not required—we can train the right person
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, as shifts are assigned based on business needs.

Have already cleaned or restored different flooring types
Have niche skills or are interested in developing one (e.g., hardwood refinishing, upholstery, luxury surfaces)
