20095399**Job Description**For the Humelink East Project, we are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Casual Shuttle Bus Driver to support transport operations, including airport pick-ups and drop-offs, as well as transporting employees to and from training locations. This role is ideal for someone flexible and dependable, with a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:*** Safely operate a shuttle bus for airport transfers and training transport services* Pick up and drop off passengers in a timely and professional manner* Follow designated routes and schedules, with flexibility for operational needs* Conduct daily pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections* Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies* Provide a high level of customer service to all passengers* Assist passengers as required, including handling light luggage if needed* Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle* Accurately complete required logs and report any incidents or maintenance issues**Required Skills and Competencies*** Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) driver’s licence (essential)* Ability to pass a medical assessment and drug & alcohol screening* Valid working rights in Australia* A current Bus Driver Authority issued by Transport for NSW is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided*ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
