2+ years of multi-family property management experience (leadership a plus)
Bilingual a pus but not required
Customer-focused attitude & strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Entrata a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities:
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of team members
Assist with leasing, marketing, and occupancy goals
Help meet financial & delinquency standards
Maintain rent roll and handle purchase orders/invoices
Provide top-notch service to residents and prospects
