About the Position
Due to the increase in demand, NC Power Systems is searching for an ideal Marine technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing CAT equipment across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
Removing, Repairing, Assembling and Installing CAT equipment
Coordinating with Parts department to order the necessary parts
Planning and organizing to assist controlling job costs
Qualifications & Experience Needed
High School Diploma/GED
Degree in Diesel technology or equivalent hands on experience is required
Experience with CAT Engines (Marine or Generator) is preferred
This role requires the ability to stand up at a minimum of eight hours a day (including twisting, bending, squatting, sitting, stooping, kneeling and lifting up to 50 pounds)
Must possess basic tool set
Must maintain a valid driver’s license
