Your Role as an Assistant Teacher
We are looking for enthusiastic assistant teachers who are committed to creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your primary focus will be assisting in guiding young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-being. You will collaborate with the lead teacher to plan engaging activities that promote growth across developmental areas and cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication.

Requirements
You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent and be able to pass a background check. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center is a big plus.

Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.

Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
