Position Overview
Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), part of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF), is seeking a primary care physician to join its Concierge Medicine Program. This program emphasizes quality over quantity, allowing physicians to spend more time with each patient and foster meaningful, long‑term relationships, providing a patient‑centered approach.
Key Qualifications
MD/DO from an accredited institution, active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date)
Completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM)
Residency training in ACGME‑accredited Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Med‑Peds, or Preventive Medicine programs welcomed
Minimum of five years of clinical experience; preferred if experience includes concierge medicine care delivery model
Additional fellowship training or subspecialty experience welcomed but not required
Professional demeanor, focus on quality, excellent patient‑centered care, collaboration in multidisciplinary team environment
Key Responsibilities
Manage preventive and proactive patient care, including chronic disease management
Coordinate multidisciplinary care while delivering exceptional patient experience
Focus on adult patients only
Compensation & Benefits
