Job Description
The Manheim Central School District is hiring a Head Boys Varsity Basketball Coach to start with us in the 2026-2027 school year.
The candidate should have a rich background in both playing and previously coaching the sport of basketball. He/she needs to have extensive knowledge of every aspect of the game, offensively and defensively, including various strategies to be used in appropriate situations.
This person is expected to manage and maintain an already existing well-established boys basketball program at all three levels at Manheim Central. At least five years as a head or varsity assistant basketball coach required; college degree with playing experience at the high school or college level preferred. Experience running youth camps, coaching jr. high basketball, and working with booster clubs is a plus. Must be a team player and supportive of multi-sport student athletes.
