Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to support daily food & beverage operations. This role helps lead the team, ensures excellent guest service, and maintains a smooth, high-energy dining environment in our busy sports bar and grill. Ideal for someone with hospitality experience looking to grow into a leadership role.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service
Train, support, and motivate team members
Maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards
Handle guest questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
Assist with inventory, ordering, and administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Support scheduling and shift management
Requirements
1+ year of food & beverage supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Part-time and full-time availability
Certifications such as TIPS, ServSafe, CPR, or First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
Benefits
Hourly rate: $20.00–$21.00, paid biweekly
