
Receptionist

The Odom Corporation is seeking a front desk and reception area employee to provide clerical and administrative support in Kent, WA.
Location: 20421 84th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032, USA
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay Range
$24 – $25 per hour (depending on experience).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Greet and assist all visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer all telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate party.
Take sales orders and enter them into the order processing system.
Produce invoices, credits, and other documents related to customer orders.
Vet all product return requests to ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist in resolving customer and sales representative order processing issues.
Perform basic reporting functions.
Interact daily with employees and management from multiple departments.
Contact vendors to schedule dock appointments for upcoming order deliveries.
Process, scan, and file shipping and receiving documents.
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred; related experience or training in customer service, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Beverage distribution support experience is a plus.
Ability to multi‑task.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail‑oriented with problem‑solving ability and strong organizational skills.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations; poise, tact, and diplomacy required.
Physical Demands
Must sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to operate keyboard, mouse, telephone; may lift or move up to 20 lbs occasionally.
Work performed onsite at Odom Corporation facility in Kent, WA.
Work environment typically moderate noise level.
