The Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Beach Resort is looking for a Houseperson Runner to join their Housekeeping team.

What will I be doing?
As a Houseperson/Runner, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests to deliver outstanding guest service. You will perform the following tasks:

Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.

Dust, polish furniture and fixtures; vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets; wash windows; clean and wax floors; remove and dispose of trash and empty ashtrays.

Greet guests in a friendly manner.

Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair.

Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed.

Perform deep‑cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., mattress flipping, furniture moves).

Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms when required.

Qualifications and Attributes

At least 1 year of housekeeping and customer‑service experience.

Ability to understand and communicate in Spanish and English.

Shift Pattern
Full availability. Rotating shifts throughout the week, with weekends and holidays required.

Pay
$11.00 per hour.
