Columbia Chinese Baptist Church (CCBC) is prayerfully seeking a Christ-centered and servant-hearted Youth Pastor to shepherd our youth and young adults. This role is for someone who has a deep love for Jesus, a genuine heart for young people, and a calling to walk alongside the next generation as they grow in faith.
Our desire is to see youth encounter Christ, be discipled in His Word, and grow into lifelong followers who love God, His Church, and His mission—especially within the Chinese community.
Primary Ministry Responsibilities
Shepherd and nurture the spiritual lives of youth and young adults through worship, teaching, discipleship, and prayer
Plan and lead Sunday youth services, fellowships, and ministry gatherings
Walk closely with youth through life transitions, offering biblical guidance, encouragement, and pastoral care
Disciple youth to develop a personal relationship with Christ and a heart for evangelism
Partner with parents and families to support the spiritual growth of their children
Serve alongside the Lead Pastor, church leadership, and ministry teams in prayer, planning, and ministry collaboration
Help cultivate a loving, Christ-centered community where youth feel known, welcomed, and valued
