Russ' Restaurant, founded in 1934 and still owned and managed by the same family, is a beloved family-friendly diner that offers classic comfort food and charm. With 12 family-owned locations, we are continually striving to add talented members to our team.

Responsibilities:
Warmly and graciously welcome and greet guests upon arrival
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
Monitor the dining area for cleanliness and organization
Answer phone calls and take phone orders
Inspect restrooms for cleanliness and clean as necessary
Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) system
Qualifications:
Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Above average customer service skills
