Job Description
Position is seasonal; depending on applicant status position may be hired through a third party vendor
Volleyball playing and/or coaching experience preferred
Knowledge of fundamental skills, rules, and basic game strategy
Ability to teach and develop middle school athletes of varying skill levels
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Commitment to sportsmanship, character development, and a positive team culture
Organized, dependable, and able to manage practices, games, and equipment
CPR/AED, First Aid, and required district/state certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families
Must meet all district hiring requirements, including background check
