Butler County, PA.

Certified Hospice Field Aide C.N.A Pay Rate starting at $19 per hour.

Full-Time; Daylight shift. Monday through Friday.

Certified Hospice Field Aide C.N.A provides personal care to patients/clients under the direction of the nurse and/or as requested by the client.

Qualifications
Certified Hospice Field Aide C.N.A responsibilities include:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED);

At least two (2) years’ experience as a nurse’s aide in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, home health agency or as an independent provider in a person’s home.

Certification as a Nurse’s Aide in a curriculum of at least 75 hours including no less than 16 hours of practical experience and meeting the requirements set forth in Federal Register Section 484.36A OR currently registered as a Nurse’s Aide by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or experience as a Nurse’s Aide in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, personal care residence, home health agency or as an independent provider in a person’s home.

Independently visit patients/clients in their homes, must have dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license.

CPR certified.

Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.

Successful completion of the Home Health Aide/Personal Attendant competency evaluation including a satisfactory rating in all skill areas and 85% or higher on the written examination.
