**The Role:** • Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., ride-behind jack, sit-down reach truck, high-reach truck).
• Move cases physically and electronically throughout the facility.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and case movement.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and timely incident reporting.
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals consistently.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Assist in other departments as needed to support operational flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned. **Who You Are:** • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.• 1+
year of experience operating forklifts (e.g., turret truck, cherry picker).• Demonstrated ability to meet productivity and accuracy goals in a warehouse or fulfillment setting.• Current or previous forklift certification.
• Experience working in a high-volume fulfillment or distribution center.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
