Be the friendly face and watchful eye at our pool area
Ensure the safety of guests by enforcing pool rules and responding promptly to any emergencies
Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with inquiries or concerns
Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment
Monitor swimmers and maintain a safe and clean environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities
Contribute to a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike
Qualifications
Current certification in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED
Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues when necessary
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
Physical fitness and stamina to meet the demands of the role
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
