Floor Technician
Job Summary:
Granite Rehabilitation and Wellness is seekingadedicated
Floor Technician to ensure our facility maintains a high level of cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
Essential Functions:
Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
Operate floor buffers and carpet cleaners to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of floors.
Apply sealants and waxes to protect floors.
Inspect floors for any damage and carry out minor repairs.
Move furniture and equipment as needed to clean and maintain floors.
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of proven work experience as a floor tech or similar role in a cleaning service, (preferred medical facility experience)
Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment
Demonstrates organizational skills
Work independently and as a team member
Displays a positive attitude, anddependability
