Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Our Tampa Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist.
Essential Job Functions
Format and produce technical documents, proposals, and other deliverables in electric and hard copy formats
Prepare reports with table of contents, tables, headers/footers, and section breaks, using MS Word
Combine, edit, and format large documents, using Adobe Pro
Utilize MS Excel functions to increase efficiency
Proofread and edit documents for spelling, grammar, consistency, punctuation, word choice and readability
Greet clients, answer calls, share duties for other administrative team members and will perform a variety of administrative and project tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe Pro
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of management and peers
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, prioritize time effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality - especially with matters concerning business and staff
Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in engineering or related technical industry a plus
Physical Requirements
Primarily sedentary work in an office environment.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Occasional standing, walking, and light physical activity.
May occasionally lift or move items such as files or office supplies up to 15–25 pounds.
Primarily office-based.
Standard indoor environmental conditions.
Moderate noise levels consistent with a typical office setting.
