Casting Finishing Machine Operator – Spinblast SK1 SH1
Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI
Competitive Compensation: $25.90 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM – 1:18 PM plus overtime. Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed.
Overview
Join the manufacturing team at Kohler, in our Cast Iron division. This role focuses on spin blast finishing for industrial castings while performing classification duties as needed. The position offers growth opportunities within the Kohler, WI location.
Responsibilities
Primary spin blast for industrial castings and perform all aspects of classification.
Must be PIV certified, LOTO certified.
Proficient with computers.
Read prints/process sheets, palletize and package parts.
Use hand tools, pneumatic grinders, and gauges as required.
Other job duties assigned by supervision.
Qualifications
Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical capability: ability to bend, lift, and push weight as required.
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
Consistent attendance and work performance.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience.
