Snack and Pantry Attendant

Sifted is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Snack & Drink Attendant to support our onsite microkitchen experience. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory, restocking snacks and beverages, and ensuring all microkitchen and coffee areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless and enjoyable workplace experience by keeping spaces fully stocked, functional, and aligned with Sifted’s standards. Responsibilities

Maintain inventory levels across all microkitchen snack and beverage stations, ensuring products are consistently stocked and available

Restock snacks, drinks, and supplies throughout the day based on usage and demand

Keep coffee machines filled with beans, water, milk, and other essentials to ensure continuous operation

Replenish coffee add‑ons such as creamers, sweeteners, stirrers, and cups

Ensure mugs, cups, lids, and other serviceware are fully stocked and neatly organized

Monitor product freshness and rotate stock to maintain quality standards

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all snack and beverage areas, including counters, shelves, and equipment

Manage back‑of‑house inventory storage, ensuring products are organized and easily accessible

Track inventory usage and communicate restocking needs or shortages to management

Support receiving and organizing deliveries of snacks, beverages, and supplies

Uphold Sifted’s standards for presentation, ensuring all microkitchens are visually appealing and inviting

Identify opportunities to improve layout, flow, and overall user experience within snack areas

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, retail stocking, or similar operational roles preferred

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and consistency

Self‑motivated and able to manage time effectively with minimal supervision

Comfortable performing physical tasks and being on your feet for extended periods

Strong sense of ownership and pride in maintaining clean and well‑stocked environments

Ability to anticipate needs and proactively restock before shortages occur

Adaptable and able to respond to changing demands in a fast‑paced environment

Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset

Familiarity with workplace tools such as Slack or inventory systems is a plus

Ability to understand and communicate in written and spoken English

Must maintain a ServSafe Food Handler card (company‑paid) and have a valid driver’s license

Benefits

Compensation: $24 per hour
