assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming and mobility needs
provide encouragement and emotional support
help residents move safely in and out of bed, chairs or wheelchairs
escort or transport residents to appointments and activities
observe, monitor and report changes in health, behavior or needs
document care provided and follow established protocols
attend ongoing educational in‑services
what you’ll bring
must be 18 years or older
a friendly, patient and professional attitude
strong people skills and empathy
commitment to helping residents feel safe and supported
ability to remain observant and detail‑oriented
successful completion of prescreening hiring requirements
