Mercedes Benz Valets possess excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude and a professional appearance and demeanor. Valets safely, courteously, and efficiently handle the parking needs of patrons; park and retrieve vehicles with a sense of urgency. Our team members are service oriented, customer centered and focused on safety.

Responsibilities

Park and retrieve client vehicles

Offer friendly and knowledgeable assistance

Greet each client and provide help with getting in and out of vehicle

Ensure clients loyalty by providing excellent customer service and responding immediately to clients concerns

Complete video walkaround before vehicle leaves service drive

Meet grooming standards; proper uniform attire

Practice safe driving skills

Report all incidents immediately to supervisor

Keep valet area neat & clean

Adherence to corporate policies and procedures

Team Player

Ability to multi task

An eye for detail

Able to work without supervision

Able to cope with the physical demands of the job

Move with a Senseof Urgency and Respond Quickly

Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Must be 18 years old or older

Pass a drug test

Can not have any DWI charges

Must pass a criminal background check

Provide a 3 year driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

Reliable transportation to and from work

Customer service experience a plus

Demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor

Hours

Shifts are available Monday through Friday between 6:45 AM and 6:30 PM and Saturday from 7:45 AM to 6:30 PM.

Currently hiring for full-time positions.

Compensation
Starting at $20 per hour
