Description
SMI Properties is seeking a Production Associate. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for various duties required on a screen press machine. Duties include loader, unloader, and dryer hand. This position could also work in the packout/finishing area of production.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and operate printing equipment
Load and unload materials onto the printing equipment
Monitor print quality and adjust as necessary
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
Proficiency in screen printing techniques
Detail-oriented.
Able to safely and efficiently operate needed equipment
Capable of safely lifting 50 lbs.
Capable of working on your feet for periods up to 4 hours.
Good communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as listen
Able to work some fluctuating hours depending on the season and need.
