Hairstylist Responsibilities:
Provide haircuts, color, and waxing services with skill and care
Make every guest feel seen, heard, and confident when they leave
Keep learning and growing with paid training and technique refreshers
Recommend products and services that support your guests’ needs
Help keep the salon fun, professional, and team-oriented
Hairstylist Benefits:
Up to $35/hr (includes base pay, tips, and achievable bonuses)
