Overall responsibilities include providing project management oversight of multiple large capital projects in the planning, design, construction and close‐out phases. Projects include new, replacement and comprehensive renovations.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (architecture, engineering, construction, or management preferred) from an accredited institution; OR Certified General Contractor OR Certified Construction Manager and High School Diploma or equivalent.

Four (4) years of professional or technical experience in facilities design and construction with Bachelor’s degree; OR Six (6) years of professional or technical experience in facilities design and construction with Associate degree; OR Eight (8) years of professional or technical experience in educational facilities design and construction with the High School Diploma.
