What you'll do:
Assist with purchase order creation, order tracking, and supplier follow‑ups
Support buyers with vendor communication and basic supplier research
Assist with sourcing activities, RFQs, and supplier communications
Participate in purchasing activities with cross-functional teams
Help resolve invoice discrepancies and delivery issues in coordination with suppliers
Prepare reports and spreadsheets related to spend, usage, and vendor performance
What you'll bring:
Student currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or Supply Chain from an accredited institution
Must be able to work independently and in a team-based environment
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Effective time management skills
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
