Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Project Management Professional and lead innovative projects that drive customer success. We are looking for a skilled professional to manage multiple projects while ensuring excellence in delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Managing large customer project orders, including initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing of customer projects. Confirm customer requirements (drawings, specifications, job site requirements, bill of material alignment with specifications and clarify exceptions).
Manage the complete job process from order preparation through manufacturing release, product shipment, post shipment support and financial reconciliation using a base knowledge of Schneider Electric products.
Partner with Field Sales or higher-level project management roles to review and validate the project’s purchase order and bill of material, addressing technical and commercial elements; become lead contact for the customer for the balance of the project order.
Validate a project schedule and communicate with the customer to ensure expectations are met; directly engage with internal manufacturing facilities and third-party vendors.
Monitor the execution of the project order, verifying progress through kick-off meetings, communications, and exchange of technical requirements and project plan information.
Monitor project performance through its lifecycle with activities such as task completion verification, project team monitoring, schedule reporting and issue resolution.
Lead project closeout including financial reconciliation, verification of equipment installation, start-up, and training completion through internal system reviews and coordination with support services.
Compare or propose alternate products to add customer value and improve outcomes.
Solve problems with customer interaction to generate positive feedback and strengthen relationships.
Demonstrate a base knowledge of Schneider Electric products and the fundamentals of effective project management.
Qualifications

BA or MA technical degree; industry experience a plus.
Prefer 5+ years of Project Management/Engineering experience and/or 5+ years of field experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and strong time management.
CAPM certification a plus.
Proven track record in managing technical projects with successful project delivery.
Strong technical knowledge with project planning and organizational abilities.
Experience in risk analysis, resource management, and budget control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation : The compensation range for this U.S. based position is $101,600.00 - 152,400.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
