What We Are Looking For: Passionate about esthetics? We’re seeking individuals with a valid California Esthetician or Cosmetology license, with at least 3 years under your belt. Teaching experience is a plus, but not mandatory—we provide training. Your role is to bring our curriculum to life, connecting the dots with your real-world experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Educate, motivate, and coach students, providing them with insights into the art of esthetics.
Demonstrate effective communication, soft skills, and professional development.
Collaborate within a dynamic team to foster a culture of learning.
Skills/Competencies:
Current California Esthetician or Cosmetology license.
Strong organization, coaching, and communication skills.
Abilities in supervision, teamwork, and documentation.
Solid work history with verifiable references.
Genuine passion for the beauty industry, honesty, and professionalism.
