degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
In-depth knowledge of migration projects
Several years of experience in PMO or project management
Experience with common project management methodologies (traditional, agile, and hybrid)
Confident use of PM tools
Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Business-level English proficiency, German would be a plus
Branche: Industry or Automotive Knowledge
Tasks
setup, establish, and develop the PMO for our global cloud transformation program
ensure governance, standards, and methodologies in project and program management
track, consolidate and report project progress to the program manager and the steering committee
identify and track dependencies between subprojects
supporting project managers in planning, resource management, and implementation
organize and facilitate program meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions
support stakeholder management and communication across all hierarchical levels
