Role Overview
As Junior Business Partner IT, you will be the strategic interface between IT clients and tech talent, focusing on specialized recruitment.
Responsibilities
Business Development
(40%): Build IT client portfolio (scale‑ups, enterprises, startups), identify emerging tech needs (AI, cloud, cybersecurity), and negotiate and retain strategic partnerships.
Premium IT Recruitment
(45%): Source rare tech talent (developers, data scientists, DevOps), manage the full recruitment cycle (technical screening → closing), build talent pipelines for AI & cybersecurity roles, support IT consultant teams on projects, analyze performance KPIs and provide business recommendations.
Management & Strategy
(15%): Support IT consultant teams on projects, analyze performance KPIs and provide business recommendations.
Qualifications
1‑3 years experience in IT, recruitment, or sales.
Strong appetite for emerging technologies.
Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.
Fluent Polish
(local market)
Professional English
(international environment)
