About the Role:
Join Hampton Inn as our Hotel Operations Manager and lead a dynamic team in creating unforgettable guest experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring top‑notch service while fostering a fun and innovative atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Work hand in hand with our GM to manage day‑to‑day hotel operations to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall hotel performance.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management or operations.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Passion for hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction.
