
Site Superintendent

Job Summary
Site Superintendents oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects adhere to schedules and specifications. They conduct regular site inspections, identify issues, and take corrective actions promptly. Additionally, they enforce safety regulations, conduct safety briefings, coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff, and serve as the primary point of contact for the project manager and subcontractors. Site Superintendents also submit Monthly Service Reports (MSR), track environmental hazards, and perform other duties as required to support project success.
Salary Range
Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar construction management role.
Comprehensive understanding of construction operations, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership and communication skills for team management and stakeholder collaboration.
Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
Responsibilities
Manage daily construction site operations, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with project schedules and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections, address issues promptly, and implement corrective measures.
Enforce safety regulations, including OSHA standards, conduct safety briefings, and maintain a safe work environment.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff to optimize task completion efficiency.
Act as the main point of contact for project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
Submit Monthly Service Reports (MSR), track environmental hazards, and fulfill any other duties necessary to facilitate project success.
