About the Team
We are seeking a product manager to join the Core HR Product group, enabling core HR experiences for Capital One associates. You will help drive the Core HR experience by delivering on a vision of optimized, AI-enabled self-service capabilities for Capital One associates and HR business teams. You will have the opportunity to make an impact through direct partnership with your Tech team as well as collaboration across business stakeholders, partner teams and other product teams.

In this role you will

Create a broader strategy and build out a roadmap for Core HR products

Build and maintain highly collaborative relationships with partner groups

Build prototypes and partner with Tech to deliver world‑class experiences for Capital One associates and HR business teams

Drive day‑to‑day prioritization of work, troubleshoot issues and oversee launches in partnership with Tech

Basic Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

Salary and Location
The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.

McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
