What You’ll Bring (Requirements)
Previous leadership experience
Ability to work at a fast pace and high-volume workload
Deliver crave‑able food through recipe adherence and food quality standards
Knowledge of cash handling procedures
The ability to empower and mentor the Tribe
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Must learn to cross‑train in all positions
Must get a manager's food handlers certification upon hire
Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a retail environment.
