R34685The System Administrator will install, configure and troubleshoot computer networks and associated assemblies while providing professional and courteous service to internal customers.As a key member of GFL’s dynamic team you will provide support across US ES with respect to
Operational Administrative Business Processes utilizing OMS System and other systems utilized in the US.The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication at all levels, attention to detail,
problem solving skills coupled with the ability to meet tight deadlines in this multi-task fast paced
environment. This position requires an enthusiastic individual who presents a professional demeanor
and a positive attitude.**Job Duties**• Roll out/integration of GFL’s OMS System to new business acquisitions• Assist in the preparation of Go Live data• Identify any system data or process discrepancies and adequately facilitate resolutions with
system users• Work closely with system development group and operations to convey business needs• Train new and current users in the OMS system at an operational level• Ongoing support to operational users as and when required• Ability to travel as needed**Requirements**• Strong business administration experience• Knowledge of waste management operations• Experience and knowledge in transporting waste will be an asset• Regulatory and technical knowledge with respect to the hazardous waste industry is highly
desirable • Detail orientation for working with numbers and accuracy information• Strong computer literacy; comfortable working with multiple systems including Google applications• Confidence in ability to work in a constant changing work environment• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines• Proven interpersonal organizational analytical and problem solving skills*We thank you for your interest.
