under the supervision of the Boutique management (inventory, cash, security, store opening and closing…)
Leverages properly all

(CEGID, Salesforce) and performs

Job responsabilities

HARD SKILLS
Knowledge of luxury retail environment

(minimum

2 year-experience)
Knowledge / passion for watches, new trends in lifestyle, new technologies and sports
Fluent in English + Spanish , a third language is a plus
Selling skills : client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, handling of objections, sales closing, etc.
Understanding of

sales KPIs:

traffic, conversion, sales in volume and value, ASP, mix of sales…
Knowledge of

Pay is commensurate with experience : $15.00 - $17.00 hourly rate plus commission and quarterly bonus.
