Branch Wholesale Product Specialist

Overview
This position works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Wholesale Product Specialists are expected to promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. The role aims to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
Responsibilities
Work with commercial paint customers to determine needs and recommend appropriate Sherwin-Williams solutions.
Answer questions about products and stay up-to-date with product features.
Promptly resolve customer concerns and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Maintain the high quality and visual standards of products and the store.
Strive to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
