Overview
We are partnered with a large global pharmaceutical company to find someone to deliver high‑impact digital supply chain initiatives. This role leads the implementation of cold chain and warehouse technology solutions, working across IT, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
Requirements
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital supply chain projects, from planning to hypercare
Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders
Drive implementation of cold chain data capture solutions and system integrations
Lead best‑value option analyses (e.g. WMS vs ERP warehouse modules)
Ensure solutions meet regulatory, data integrity, and cybersecurity requirements
Coordinate cross‑functional teams including IT, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics
Govern change control, reporting, and decision‑making through established frameworks
Soft Skills
Strong stakeholder communication and alignment
Analytical and critical thinking
Confident decision‑making in regulated environments
Adaptable and delivery‑focused mindset
Collaborative, pragmatic, and solutions‑oriented
Hard Skills
IT Project Management within Supply Chain / Warehouse environments
Cold chain, warehousing, or logistics systems exposure
ERP and WMS concepts (e.g. SAP WM or equivalent)
Risk, budget, and governance management
Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong documentation and reporting skills (RAID, plans, status)
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar
