What are your contributions to the team?
Lead and deliver complex projects within a manufacturing and industrial environment, supporting ongoing production
Resolve complex operational and technical issues that span multiple functions, balancing production priorities, technical constraints, and business objectives.
Drive cross-functional teams to define scope and execute within planned cost and schedule
Act as a key interface between shop-floor execution and leadership, translating operational realities into clear risks, trade-offs, and recommendations.
Establish and maintain strong project governance, including preparation and leadership of reviews with the leadership team to support informed and timely decision-making.
Proactively identify risks, constraints, and interdependencies; lead mitigation and recovery plans in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Manage priorities across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment with manufacturing capacity, resource availability, and strategic objectives.
Prepare and present clear, concise status, at multiple organizational levels.
How to thrive in this role?
Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent experience with 8+ years in project or program management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production systems, and industrial project execution.
Proven ability to navigate complex, cross-functional organizations and influence without direct authority.
Comfortable operating in high-pressure, fast-changing environments and making sound decisions with incomplete information.
Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and ability to engage effectively with senior leaders.
Structured problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset.
Proactive, adaptable, and driven by continuous improvement.
Effective use of digital tools and data to support governance and decision-making.
