We’re looking for a driven, organized, and hands-on Parts Manager to lead our parts department and keep everything running like a well-tuned engine.
If you know your way around inventory, can lead a team without babysitting, and understand that great customer service matters just as much behind the counter as it does on the showroom floor, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the Parts Department operations
Manage inventory levels, ordering, and returns to maximize profitability
Build strong relationships with service technicians and retail/wholesale customers
Lead, train, and motivate parts staff
Maintain accurate records, pricing, and stocking strategies
Ensure fast, efficient parts flow to keep the service drive moving
Requirements:
Previous automotive parts experience (management preferred)
Strong knowledge of dealership operations and inventory control
Leadership skills with a no-nonsense, team-first attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Nissan systems is a plus (but not required)
