Residential Program Manager
Reasons Eating Disorder Center (Reasons) is seeking candidate professionals with experience working with eating disorders, trauma, substance use and LGBTQIA+ communities to provide compassionate care for our diverse patients in residential treatment facilities located in six‑bed houses in Pasadena and Arcadia.
Job Description
The Residential Program Manager assumes responsibility for facility daily operations, including supervision of clinical and non‑clinical staff, ensuring accurate and timely patient care. The role supervises patient care for eating disorder patients with co‑occurring diagnoses and is responsible for medical record documentation in coordination with the Clinical Director, Director of Operations, and Director of Nursing. The Program Manager may also provide direct patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Assume responsibility for full facility operations and staff management.
Act as liaison between staff, patients, and facility administration.
Assist the Director of Nursing and Clinical Director in evaluating staff performance and participate in new staff orientation.
Assist in implementing facility policies and procedures.
Evaluate patient/milieu acuity and report high acuity to the Director of Nursing.
Schedule staff assignments and program schedules according to acuity and budgetary guidelines.

Qualifications
Licensure:
Master’s degree and license preferred in one of the following: Registered Nurse, Registered Dietitian, Licensed Psychologist, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or related license meeting eligibility criteria.
Education:
Degree from an accredited program in the field of study.
Experience:
Supervisory/managerial experience required, preferably in a psychiatric or residential treatment facility. Experience with the eating disorder population is preferred; specialized education and training may substitute for experience.
Additional Requirements:
Must work flexible hours and participate in an on‑call rotation.
