About the Role:
The Product Supply NPI Professional will support the marine product group through procurement and supply chain coordination in the NPI / NSI process.

What you will do:

Providing leadership for the NPI activities relevant to procurement, including RFQ, quote analysis, and Make vs Buy

Working closely with operations and product development in creating a supply chain for a new product.

Researching and assessing existing and potential suppliers; making recommendations on supplier selection aligned with category strategies

Support category purchasing on commercial negotiation & sourcing strategy by providing Marine VOB

Coordinate with internal process partners on logistics & transportation related issues during NPI / NSI process

Dealer S&OP support for Marine prime & aftermarket

Additional information:

Relocation is NOT available for this position.

Sponsorship is NOT available for this position.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.

Travel up to 20% required.

Knowledge of buying and procurement; ability to work with organizational strategies and practices, and use tools for buying goods, supplies, equipment and services needed to conduct business.

Additional Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business / Supply Chain / Engineering

Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Order to Delivery, NPI

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders to convey and interpret technical and business information.

Summary Pay Range:
$112,710.00 - $169,060.00
