For more information, visit .Conduct risk assessment, food safety (physical, chemical, microbiological, allergen), food fraud, malicious, of raw material& pack material. Update and maintain monitoring program of raw material& pack material. Conduct and support on new/Alternate material, material shelf-life study and NPD process to minimize risk on food safety and quality. Conduct and support on trouble shooting and trend analysis of incoming material, in-line process and finished product quality and food safety issue. Monitor quality and find out the troubleshooting of material (RM and PM) of the related to the strategic finished products. Support on audit activity, internal audit, customer audit and third-party audit, and customer visit activity. Coordinate, support and/or solve on investigation the root cause, feedback within time frame, action plan on customer complaint and customer inquiry for mitigate the issue effectively. Be a member of GHP team, HACCP team, internal auditor team and recall team. Understand and support the company’s activities and policies such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other safety & environment activities. Do any assigned task by supervisor. Accurate understanding and awareness of the details pertaining to the 2030 Aspiration.
