Job Summary
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work directly with individuals, couples, and families to address relationship dynamics, mental health concerns, and behavioral challenges. In this fully remote role, you’ll provide structured therapy sessions, help clients build practical coping strategies, and support long-term emotional well-being through consistent virtual care.
Responsibilities
Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate
Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in telehealth care
Qualifications
Active LMFT license in the state of Michigan
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
At least 2 years of clinical experience
Strong communication and telehealth skills
Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant platforms
