Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Safely operate off-road and on-road haul trucks to transport aggregate materials within and from the quarry* Perform pre‐ and post‐trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and operational* Load, haul, and unload materials efficiently while following site traffic patterns and safety rules* Communicate clearly with dispatch, load operators, and site personnel to support daily production goals* Maintain awareness of surroundings and adjust driving practices to changing site and weather conditions**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial or heavy vehicles in industrial environments* Strong commitment to safety procedures, policies, and situational awareness* Ability to follow instructions, site rules, and regulatory requirements* Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team in a production-driven environment* Capability to perform physical tasks associated with quarry operations**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level**What We Offer*** $42.50 per hour* Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension* Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
