
Front Desk Agent

Overview
Front Desk Agents act as the first point of contact for our guests. In this position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, blocking guest rooms and processing guest registrations, processing accurate payment transactions, submitting housekeeping and maintenance work order request forms, and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Check guests in and out efficiently
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
Assist guests with reservations and booking arrangements
Manage phone calls and reservations effectively
Process payments and maintain guest accounts
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays
Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members
Responsibility, reliability, and honesty
Teamwork and collaboration
Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisors
