The Server position is for friendly people who love to show hospitality and offer excellent customer service! The ideal candidate will deliver a high-quality dining experience by providing prompt, courteous service to our guests. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and warmly as they are seated.
Know the menu, explain specials and promotions, and be able to make recommendations.
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while following safety and sanitation standards.
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
Assist the back-of-house team as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
Capable of accurately managing cash transactions and using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available to work weekends as needed.
