Position Summary
White Bear Lake Area High School is seeking a reliable and flexible Building Substitute to work on‑site daily, providing classroom coverage for grades 9–12. This role involves delivering a broad range of teaching services, assisting students in developing skills, attitudes, and knowledge for future learning, and adapting instruction to meet individual needs using various teaching methods. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in teaching, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills, and model our district's core values of respect, learning, and community.

Bachelor's degree in teaching, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Special Requirements
Short call sub license required, full‑time teaching license preferred.
