Bell Attendant – Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide exceptional guest service by ensuring guests are comfortable with accommodations and familiar with room offerings and features. You will maintain constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to escort guests, transport luggage, and provide local recommendations. You will act as an ambassador in the lobby, offering a welcoming experience for our guests.
Job Functions

Welcoming guests and providing exemplary service in the lobby
Assisting with the delivery and unloading of luggage to and from guest rooms
Handling luggage storage, package delivery, and amenity setup
Providing restaurant and transportation recommendations
Responding to guest services requests
Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and tolerate moderate walking
Experience and understanding of bell stand service
Flexible schedule, including overnight, afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
